Driver Supply Co only offers exchanges on its products. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards may not be exchanged.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify your exchange is being processed.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, wrong item ordered, wrong item shipped or simply do not fit.  If you need to exchange it for the same or different item please include your receipt from purchase and a brief note describing what you would like to exchange item for. If changing item from original purchase, please check our online store for availability in your size by adding item to your cart then email info@driver-supply.com your request so we can hold the item for you.

Shipping
Orders typically ship next business day unless otherwise noted on website.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges, duties, and taxes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Driver Supply Co will cover the shipping from our warehouse back to you if the product sent to you was incorrect due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a package is returned to us by a shipping service, buyer is responsible for shipping charges, duties, and taxes back to them.
